What we collect, why, and who processes it.

1. Who we are
Atlas Source ("we", "us") is a Canadian procurement (sourcing) service for new and small businesses. You can reach us through our contact form.
2. Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our contact form: your name, email address and message and, if you choose to add them, your phone number (so we can call you back), your business name and the type of request. We also note which language version of the site you used.
If you book a free meeting, you enter your name and email on our Google Calendar booking page, and Google sends you the Google Meet link.
When we work on your request, we may share the details needed to get a quote (for example the product, quantity and delivery province) with suppliers and carriers. We share your name or contact details with a supplier only when you ask us to, or when you choose to buy from them.
When you send the form, our hosting provider also processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver the message and filter out spam.
We do not ask for or store payment card numbers, bank details, or government identification, and the site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your request, call you back if you ask us to, hold the meetings you book, send quotes and follow your orders.
- To protect the website and its forms from spam and abuse.
4. Service providers who process your information
We do not sell your personal information. We use the following providers to run the site; they process data on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service:

Some providers may process data outside Canada. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and run our business relationship, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
6. Your choices and rights
Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and, in Quebec, Law 25, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. To make a request, use our contact form. We reply within one business day and complete requests within 30 days.
The person responsible for protecting personal information at Atlas Source is its owner, who can be reached through the same form. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information.
7. Cookies and storage
We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics. The site does not track you.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
