Supplier check only: $149 per supplier. Already found a supplier? We check their business licence and references and review their samples with you before you pay. The supplier ships samples directly to you, and you pay for the samples and shipping.
How the fee works: "order value" is the price of the goods, before shipping, duties and taxes. We invoice our fee separately from the goods.

What does a procurement or sourcing agent do?
A sourcing agent finds suppliers for you, compares their prices and terms, and manages the order. We find suppliers, send you 2–3 quotes with the total delivered cost, negotiate, check the supplier and the goods, and follow your order until it arrives.
How much does it cost?
The first meeting is free. The Essential plan is $149 to start, plus 8% of the order value if you buy (the $149 counts toward it). The Hands-on plan is $599 to start, plus 10% of the order value. You pay the supplier directly for the goods. See pricing.
Can I talk to someone before I decide?

How fast do you reply?
Within one business day.
Will you keep my product idea confidential?
Yes. We only share what a supplier needs to quote, and we can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share your designs.

Do I pay the supplier directly?
Yes. You pay the supplier directly. We never hold your money for goods, and we never own the goods.
What don't you do?
We are not a customs broker, and we don't give legal, customs or immigration advice. When you need a customs broker, we refer you to a licensed one. We don't guarantee a supplier's products beyond the checks we agree to do.
